Put together this 30 min. collection Songs, recordings, and snippets. It's a bunch of songs I've been listening to on the road, some recordings of the places/shows I've been involved with and some music I have been fucking around with. Kind of an audio sketchbook of the last few weeks ... †racklist posted in comments
Just when you thought I'd all but disappeared from blog and radio, I'm here to drop some more tunage on you to truly live up to our Fully Fitted motto (when it rains, it pours).
Been meaning to share these for a while. From this odd comp with chintzy cover art but a few big tchunes. Not reggae per se but some good UK dub tracks on there. Mentioned it on the Mofo Blogue (this post). Thought I'd share a few more now that I have the track names sorted (ID3's were wrong when I ripped it).
I first heard this tune on Depeche Mode's 101 tour video in the earlier 90s. I never knew who it was until way later. While ripping vinyl the other day, I thought I would give it a go. The groove and feel of this record is uneffwittable.
Here is the final version of a new mix I made for the design blog, Cloudplum. Some might remember last year's mix of sleepy time music, and this mix continues the series. I hope you enjoy it.
With tomorrow being a pretty big day here in Berlin maybe its a good idea to post something about Berlin...Watched the first part of this documentary in the van as well. Its pretty awesome. (Keeping your internet tabs open after you have loaded stuff is a great way to take video from the web on the road with you, thanks Darkie D) Thanks for the video 'ol @cullenstalin
For some reason we never blog about our parties when they're happening. I used to think it's cuz we're all so "humble" but it's really cuz we're just goddamn lazy! Last night was the two year anniversary of Shake Em Down. Here's my best attempt at lastnightsparty only not porn and pics of people I know. More here. Also had to give props to the amazing flyer from Sober!
And TONIGHT! The last edition of the one and only Do It Again featuring the Do It Again crew and perhaps some ghosts of Do It Again's past...
